This Appendix provides additional disclosures for and details about rights afforded to residents of certain US states, including, without limitation, California consumers under the California Consumer Privacy Act or “CCPA,”, as well as the California Privacy Rights Act or “CPRA”, Colorado residents under the Colorado Privacy Act or “CPA”, Connecticut residents under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act or “CTDPA”, Oregon residents under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act or “OCPA”, and Virginia residents under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act or “VCDPA.”
Categories of Personal Information Collected
In the last 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers, such as your name, mailing address, email address, business contact information, or other similar identifiers
- Internet or network information, such as your browsing history, log and analytics data, information about the device(s) used to access the Services and information regarding your interaction with our Services and other usage data

Categories of Third Parties to Whom We Disclose Personal Information
In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed personal information with the categories of third parties described in the Disclosures of Personal Information section of the Privacy Policy.
Sale of Your Personal Information
We do not sell the personal information we collect, as defined by the CCPA and/or CPRA, and will not sell it in the future without changing this Privacy Policy and providing the ability to opt out of such sale.
Sharing of Your Personal Information
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for cross-contextual behavioral advertising (i.e. “sharing” within the meaning of the CCPA) or otherwise use personal information we collect from you for purposes of targeted advertising (within the meaning of other state laws). - The right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- The right to opt out of personal information sales to third parties now or in the future. However, at this time, we do not sell your personal information and will not sell it in the future without changing this Privacy Policy and providing the ability to opt out of such sale.
- The right to opt in to personal information sales to third parties for consumers under the age of 16. However, we do not collect or sell personal information of minor consumers and will not sell it in the future without changing this Privacy Policy and providing the ability to opt out of such sale.
- The right to opt out of sharing of personal information (within the meaning to the CPRA) to third parties or the use of targeted advertising now or in the future. - The right to request rectification/correction of inaccurate personal information, considering the nature and purposes of the processing of the information.
- The right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to that which is necessary to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected by an average consumer.
You also have the right to be free of discrimination for exercising these rights.
Please note that if exercising these rights limits our ability to process personal information (such as a deletion request), we may no longer be able to provide you with our Services or engage with you in the same manner.
How to Exercise Your Rights

We will need to verify your identity before processing your request. In order to verify your identity, we will generally require sufficient information from you so that we can match it to the information we maintain about you in our systems. Sometimes we may need additional personal information from you to be able to identify you. We will notify you of any required information after we have received any request to exercise your rights.
We may not honor part or all of your request. For example, certain information we collected may be exempt from our obligations to respond to your request under applicable state law, such as public information made available by a government entity or information covered by a different privacy law. In addition, some jurisdictions limit the number of times we are required to respond to your requests within a certain period of time. We will explain when we respond to you if we do not honor your full request.
